Home Values in North Texas have Turned the Corner!

The latest S&P Case Shiller Home Price Index Report on home prices in the U.S. shows North Texas, primarily the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan market has turned the corner. Home prices are down a scant 1.6% for the period June through July of this year. This is the lowest figure in the country. Read the article by clicking the link below.
