November Home Sales Soar in Dallas Fort Worth Area

November 2009 homes sales in North Texas including the Dallas/Ft Worth market increased by 31 percent over 2008 a recent study shows. Fueled by the fear of the home buyer tax credit expiring buyers were out in force in October to capitalizee on the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit. Now it has been extended until the end of April 2010 and a $6,500 tax credit for eligible home owners wanting to make a move up or down being added. With intereste rates incredibly low, and the tax credit the time to buy a home has never been better. See the article here:
